Shipping Policy

Current shipping prices and free-shipping thresholds are shown above and in your order summary. Thresholds apply after promotional discounts and before tax and shipping.

Shipping service time begins after dispatch; it does not include order confirmation, payment, or handling time. Dispatch timing will be confirmed with your order. Carrier delays may affect delivery.

We currently accept shipping addresses in the United States. Shipping availability is subject to confirmation. Check your address before submitting. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Your carrier and tracking details will be added to the order record when it is marked shipped. Contact GreysProtocol about lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments so we can review the issue.
